Your adventure begins bright and early at 08:30 AM with a transfer from your hotel to the CEASA port. Here, you'll board a speedboat for an exhilarating ride to the Careiro Village, passing the incredible Meeting of the Waters. This natural phenomenon is where the dark waters of the Rio Negro and the sandy-colored Rio Solimões flow side by side without mixing—a mesmerizing sight to behold.
From the Careiro port, your journey continues by car and then by boat, taking you deeper into the heart of the Amazon until you reach our lodge around 11:30 AM. After settling in, enjoy a delicious lunch at 12:30 PM to refuel for the adventures ahead.
At 2:30 PM, embark on an exciting canoe trip where you'll try your hand at piranha fishing, marvel at the graceful river dolphins, and engage in some exceptional birdwatching as the sun sets over the horizon. The day concludes with a hearty dinner at 7:30 PM, followed by an adventurous caiman spotting excursion. Rise before the sun at 5:00 AM for a serene canoe trip to witness the Amazon come alive at dawn. The morning chorus of the rainforest and a spectacular sunrise set the perfect tone for the day. You'll return to the Amazon Maçarico lodge for a final lunch at 12:30 PM. Reflecting on your incredible journey, you'll depart for Manaus at 1:30 PM, with an estimated arrival time of 4:00 PM.
